Custom & Crewed Charter Information

We realize that when you charter from us, you are on vacation. So we want to try and provide you with the vacation of your dreams. We offer a number of services that may help to this end.

Captains: If you are new to sailing or would prefer to take a break from the responsibility, we can provide you with a skipper. We have a number of captains available, both male and female, that are familiar with the local waters and the boats in our fleet. We also have skippers that double as ASA instructors. Many of our charter guests will opt for a day with a captain to familiarize themselves with the vessel and local waters, and to improve their skills. Cost is between $150 and $200 per day.
 
Provisioning: Grocery shopping for your charter week can cost you as much as half a day. We are happy to do it for you. All you have to do is make a list of the groceries you would like and they will be waiting for you onboard when you arrive. We charge $75 for this service, plus of course the actual cost of the groceries. The cost may be higher if multiple retailers are involved. Here in Key West we have three major grocery store chains all with liquor stores.

Activities: Not everyone in the party may be satisfied with the idea of sailing for their entire vacation. No problem. We have a number of contacts in the area and can arrange any number of diverting activities. Ever wanted to go Kite-Boarding...or, how about a ride in a bi-plane or ultra-light. Take a kayak along for your week aboard to birdwatch among the mangroves. We can arrange scuba diving instruction or underwater guided tours. You might also consider a guided spear fishing or lobster trip. We know some fishing secrets and will be happy to share them with you.
